Key facts
- Data sheet OTTO-DS001F-EN-AUG2026 (fetched and read 2026-10-17 from the link on ottomotors.com/1500): capacity 1,900 kg including payload and attachment, 2.0 m/s, turning speed 1.5 rad/s, docking speed 0.3 m/s, mass 627 kg, 1,837 x 1,283 x 351 mm, passive rocker suspension, ground clearance and traversable gap 16 mm, turns in place. The product page itself renders payload, speed and footprint as zeros in the fetched text; those values come from the data sheet.
- Minimum one-way aisle 2,209 mm (no payload), two-way 3,570 mm (no payload). Docking accuracy +/-10 mm (x,y) and +/-10 deg yaw as standard; +/-5 mm (x,y) with the optional High Accuracy Docking System upgrade (sold separately).
- Battery 52.8 V, 80 Ah, 3,000 full charge cycles, 10 h runtime (90% to 10%, a data-sheet best case rather than a typical figure), 60 min charge (10% to 90%), max charge rate 80 A, autonomous opportunity charging by default (manual charging optional). OTTO does not state watt-hours; 52.8 V x 80 Ah would be about 4,224 Wh, but that is our own calculation, so battery_wh is null. Accessories sold separately: 80 A Autonomous Supercharger, 25 A Manual Trickle Charger.
- Safety: redundant braking monitoring, PL-d rated adaptive fieldsets (patent-pending), 4 E-stops (one per side) plus a user E-stop circuit interface. Automation interface: 24 VDC 10 A regulated, 52.8 VDC 50 A unregulated, Ethernet, USB 3.1, HDMI, CAN bus, 5 GPIO (2 safety rated). Wi-Fi 2.4/5 GHz 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 2 long-range antennas.
- Environment: IP20 (indoor, dry), 0 to 40 C, humidity 10-95% non-condensing.
- The data sheet's footer revision reads 'AUG2026' while the search listing described DS001F as March 2026; we cite the footer of the file we read. Launch year not taken from a fetched source, so year_available and year_announced are null.
