Key facts

• Official spec table (hiwonder.com/products/puppypi, fetched 2026-10-17): size 226 x 149 x 190 mm, 720 g, aluminium alloy, 480P camera, 8 DOF, 7.4 V 2200 mAh LiPo, Raspberry Pi 4B/5 plus expansion board, PC software and iOS/Android app, HPS-0618SG coreless servos, PC/app/wireless-handle control, package 32 x 32 x 17 cm and about 1.5 kg.
• The page does not label the axes of '226 x 149 x 190 mm'; height 19.0 cm assumes length x width x height order, an assumption.
• battery_wh 16.28 is calculated from 7.4 V x 2200 mAh (derived, not stated). Battery life, speed and payload are not published.
• ROS version per the spec table: Raspberry Pi 5 runs ROS1 and ROS2, Raspberry Pi 4B runs ROS1 only.
• The page text does not say which accessories (voice module, 3-DOF arm, LiDAR, sensor pack) belong to which kit; the 8 DOF figure is the body only, so check the packing list for each kit before buying.
• Tutorials, schematics and source code are offered free; the licence is not stated, so open_source is false ('not stated').
• Variants are split by kit and Raspberry Pi 5 memory size, because the official spec table describes the Raspberry Pi 5; the headline 'from' price is therefore the Pi 5 2GB Standard Kit. Same-day Raspberry Pi 4B 4GB listings (not catalogued as variants, hardware differs): PuppyPi Standard Kit + Pi 4B 4GB $560.99; PuppyPi Advanced Kit + Pi 4B 4GB $598.99; PuppyPi Pro Kit + Pi 4B 4GB $788.99; PuppyPi Pro Ultimate Kit + Pi 4B 4GB $845.99 (Hiwonder US store, 2026-10-17).
• Store page text mentions Pi 5 16GB options and Pro kits; only the variants listed here were kept; a 16GB option is included as listed by the store.
