Overview
CLOi ServeBot 3.0 (model LDLTR30) is LG's restaurant and hospitality serving robot. It carries up to 40 kg on a stack of trays (10 kg per tray) with a storage shelf at the bottom, drives on independent suspension, has a 10.1-inch touch screen with a content management system, and can run up to 11 hours on a charge. Several robots can work together and talk to each other directly. LG's US solutions page marks the model as discontinued.

Key facts
- Status: LG's US solutions page (fetched 2026-10-17) labels the LDLTR30 'Discontinued'; LG's Japan page (www.lg.com/jp/business/robot/ldltr30, same day) still shows it as a normal product listing with no end-of-life notice. Variant status follows the US page; no discontinuation date was found.
- Dimensions 560 x 1370 x 550 mm (W x H x D) and weight 51 kg per the LG US spec table; max speed 1.2 m/s (adjustable); minimum passage width 800 mm.
- Load: 40 kg total, 10 kg per tray; tray 440 x 530 mm. LG US lists 4 shelves with the bottom one used as storage; LG Japan lists 3 trays plus 1 basket. A tray returns automatically when it reaches its 10 kg limit.
- Battery 25,000 mAh (UL2271); runtime 11 hours is quoted at 0.7 m/s; charging 4-4.5 h manual, 3-3.5 h on the optional automatic charging stand. Voltage not published, so battery_wh is empty.
- Launched 19 July 2023 at the National Restaurant Association Show; LG's press release says it was available in the US and Japan first (LG global newsroom, fetched 2026-10-17). Press release also gives six wheels and slopes up to 5 mm.
- Display 10.1-inch touch LCD; modes: serving, cruise, return cruise, escort, driving; languages per LG US page: Korean and English (LG Japan lists Japanese, English, Korean, Spanish, French).
